YieldStreet is searching for a driven and strategic individual to help develop and execute on our marketing strategy and understanding of user behavior. There will also be opportunity for you to take ownership of various growth channels and develop expertise in customer acquisition.

What You’ll Do

  • Participate in the strategy and execution of online acquisition channels - SEM, Social, Native, etc.
  • Build prospecting and retargeting audiences across channels and execute ongoing testing to continuously optimize campaign performance
  • Drive analytics and reporting for marketing efforts
  • Play a creative role in messaging, imagery and building of our online brand
  • Develop and execute test-and-learn agendas including heat maps and A/B tests that will deliver insights and drive innovation
  • Analyze channel performance and results daily, and communicate learnings

Required Skills

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree
  • You have 1-3 years’ experience in a marketing role at a startup, bank, or consulting firm
  • You have a passion for digital marketing, advertising, and media, with demonstrated ability to stay current on industry developments
  • You have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • You have strong Excel skills
  • You have experience with Google Analytics / heat-mapping concepts a big plus
  • You have a track record of driving results while managing multiple initiatives
  • You have interest in psychology and user behavior a strong plus
  • You have a sense of humor, positive attitude and desire to learn
  • You have a strong mix of analytical skills and strategic thinking with a demonstrated ability to make data driven decisions
  • You have excellent organizational skills including attention to detail, handling multiple priorities, managing tight timelines and driving flawless execution
  • You are a self-starter with a ‘can do’, hands-on approach and a real passion for working at a rapidly scaling startup
  • You are able to work cross-functionally with creative, product, and sales teams
  • You are entrepreneurial and exhibit leadership potential
